LAST CALL! Cardamommy
from $20.00

Cardamommy is fragrant, tender, and quietly bold. Aromatic green cardamom leans on a light touch of rose and a gentle whisper of vanilla bean for a syrup that's complex without shouting about it. It's built for citrus and coconut, for coffee and matcha, for tea, and just as at home folded into whipped cream, whipped into butter, or drizzled wherever you want something a little special.

Cardamommy came from watching the mothers I admire most in my life, the common thread is always the same. Bright, strong, a little spicy, endlessly warm. This one's for my partner Mary, and the steady, gentle way she loves our daughter. I'm in awe of her, every day. Cardamommy is delicate and powerful at once, and that's the whole point, a small tribute to a very specific kind of love. — Angela

LAST CALL! Cracklin Rose
from $20.00

Cracklin Rose takes a sun-drenched strawberry field and adds a little sumethin’  sumthin’ to it. Rose water and a delicate hint of pink peppercorn turning this beautiful red berry into something slightly floral, a little spiced, genuinely grown-up. Iced coffee, tea, cocktails, limeade, ice cream, whipped cream or butter, even a sweet vinaigrette - it's versatile in the way only something this well-balanced can be.

Cracklin Rose is named for the middle sister of our trio, Caitlyn Rose. My dad nicknamed her Cracklin Rose after the Neil Diamond song "Cracklin' Rosie" … and if you only know the song, you'd assume it's about a woman full of life. It's actually about a strawberry rose wine Diamond remembered from a good summer. Which, honestly, tracks. This syrup is both things at once: a woman full of life, and a strawberry rose worth remembering. — Angela

Apple Spice
from $19.00

Apple Spice is homemade apple pie with nowhere else to be. A crisp apple base layers with warm, classic pie spices, a hit of real vanilla bean, and a touch of sea salt to keep the sweetness honest. Pour it into lattes, cocktails, pancakes, or dessert - it's nostalgia that happens to be genuinely useful.

THE HISTORY

I grew up in a small coastal town in central California, in a house where my parents planted a dwarf apple tree, a dwarf plum tree, and dwarf roses because that's what fit the yard. Nothing about those trees turned out dwarf. They gave us buckets of fruit every year, more than one family could reasonably use. My sister and I would stand in the kitchen for hours peeling and slicing, bagging apples for the freezer, hand-delivering them to neighbors, turning the rest into applesauce, jam, and — my favorite — pie and cobbler, tossed in sugar and spice until the whole kitchen smelled like it. Apple Spice is that scent memory in a bottle: sun-warmed apples, spice, sweet vanilla, brown sugar. — Angela

Dirty Pumpkin
from $19.00

Dirty Pumpkin takes classic pumpkin spice and drags it out for a night with chai. Warm pumpkin pie spice tangles with bold chai spice and organic Nilgiri tea for something rich, aromatic, and unapologetically extra — a spiced fall syrup built for coffee, tea, cocktails, cider, or spooned straight into whipped cream and frosting when the season demands more than a candle can give you.

THE HISTORY

When I started Siloam Syrups in fall 2023, I skipped pumpkin spice on purpose. I love pumpkin pie, I get the appeal, but every coffee shop in America already has some version of it by the time the leaves turn, and I wanted my lineup to stand apart, not blend into the shelf. Then the requests started coming in, and kept coming, until I gave in … on my own terms. Inspired by the dirty chai latte, Dirty Pumpkin marries traditional pumpkin pie spice with real chai spice and organic Nilgiri tea. I didn't break the mold. I just made room in it for something new. — Angela

THE HISTORY

In Greek mythology, Persephone eats six pomegranate seeds in the Underworld and is bound to return to Hades for part of every year; her coming and going became the ancient explanation for the seasons. Six months with Hades, six months with her mother Demeter, and the earth turns barren and blooms in turn. It's a good story, and it's also exactly the mood I wanted for a fall pomegranate syrup: something with a little darkness in it, spiced and layered, that shows up right when the seasons turn. — Angela
