LAST CALL! Cracklin Rose

from $20.00

Cracklin Rose takes a sun-drenched strawberry field and adds a little sumethin’  sumthin’ to it. Rose water and a delicate hint of pink peppercorn turning this beautiful red berry into something slightly floral, a little spiced, genuinely grown-up. Iced coffee, tea, cocktails, limeade, ice cream, whipped cream or butter, even a sweet vinaigrette - it's versatile in the way only something this well-balanced can be.

Cracklin Rose is named for the middle sister of our trio, Caitlyn Rose. My dad nicknamed her Cracklin Rose after the Neil Diamond song "Cracklin' Rosie" … and if you only know the song, you'd assume it's about a woman full of life. It's actually about a strawberry rose wine Diamond remembered from a good summer. Which, honestly, tracks. This syrup is both things at once: a woman full of life, and a strawberry rose worth remembering. — Angela
