The perfect holiday martini to sip on all fall and winter long. Dont like whiskey? Substitute the whiskey for vodka! Just like the ancient Greek story of Persephone, this cocktail will take you through the end of harvest and the cold winter months into spring. I enjoy this cocktail as a martini, but you can also serve it over ice, and it’s a fantastic cocktail to make a batch of when you are hosting!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz whiskey

  • 1.5 oz lime juice

  • 1.5 oz Persephone

Instructions

  • Shake whiskey, lime juice, and Persephone with ice until well chilled and strain into a chilled martini glass.

  • Garnish with a lime twist
